Purpose of Position:
• This position helps to meet the needs of homeless and low-income people in our community who may not have the ability to purchase clothing.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist store personnel in servicing customers.
• Sort, restock and straighten merchandise.
• Help employees receive donations as needed (if able).
• Help customers load and unload donations (if able).
• Set aside items to be disposed of or needing repair.

Qualifications:
• Friendly personality, self-motivation, and good people skills a must.
• Good organizational skills are appreciated.
• Willingness to work with others in a team environment.
• Able to stand on your feet for a reasonable amount of time.
• Ability to lift boxes and bags of clothing is a plus, but not necessary.
• Previous retail experience is not a requirement -- will train!
